Nice! clean, I love that shade of blue. You've got a good eye for choosing one brilliant color and running with it. My only suggestion would be to do something really subtle to help separate the sidebar on the right from the main content on the left. And maybe set the font to "justify" just to keep edges clean.

I like the header very much! I do wish that the strokes would be a bit more transparent. Otherwise the body part is a bit boring, could need some other components in complimentary colors; like small tables or seperators... anyways, nice job:)
